Getting Started

What is JetMuse?

JetMuse turns a few inputs about your dream trip into a complete, day-by-day itinerary you can actually use — pulled from thousands of real journeys, paired with one-click bookings through Resy, OpenTable, and Booking.com, and an AI travel agent named Donna who updates your plan in real time.

Do I need an account to plan a trip?

You can start planning without an account. To save trips, share them with travel groups, or come back to edit later, you’ll need a free JetMuse account.

How long does it take to generate an itinerary?

About 3–5 minutes for most trips. Longer trips (up to 21 days) can take a few minutes more. We stream the result as it generates so you see the trip taking shape live.

Planning & Itineraries

How long can my trip be?

Up to 21 days. For trips that long we recommend the multi-region option so the itinerary covers more than one base city.

Can I edit the itinerary after it’s generated?

Yes. You can edit any day, swap activities, change the dates, or ask Donna to rebuild a single day in real time. Changes save automatically.

Can I plan a multi-city or multi-region trip?

Yes. When you start a trip, toggle the multi-region option and JetMuse will plan accommodations and transport between regions.

Are the recommendations sponsored?

No. Recommendations come from our recommendation engine and real traveler journeys, not paid placements. We earn nothing from featuring a hotel or restaurant.

Donna, your AI travel agent

Who is Donna?

Donna is a virtual travel agent built into JetMuse. You can chat with her at any time to ask for restaurant recos, swap an activity, book a hotel, or get directions for the day’s plan.

What can Donna do for me?

Donna can update your itinerary in real time, surface contact info, map links, and addresses, suggest a quick local restaurant, figure out which train to take to your next stop, and rebuild a single day if your plans shift.

Is Donna available on every page?

Yes. From the planning wizard through the final itinerary, Donna is one tap away — tap the chat bubble in the corner.

Travel Groups

What are travel groups?

Travel groups let you bundle the people you actually travel with — family, friends, co-workers, partners — so you can share a trip with all of them at once. Anyone in the group can read and edit the trip’s itinerary.

How do I invite someone to a group?

Open Groups from the nav, create or open a group, and use the email invite form. They’ll get a secure link that’s valid for 7 days.

Can group members edit my trip?

Yes — once you share a trip with a group, every member can add restaurants, swap activities, leave comments, and ask Donna for recos. Only the trip’s original creator can delete it or transfer it to another group.

How do I leave or remove someone from a group?

Members can leave from Groups at any time. The group’s creator can remove members from the same page. The creator can’t be removed — if they want to leave, they delete the group instead.

What happens to a trip if I stop sharing it?

Group members lose access immediately. The trip and all its details stay safe with you, the original creator.

Bookings & Reservations

How do bookings work?

Restaurants link out to Resy or OpenTable. Hotels link out to Booking.com. Activities and venues use Google Places for the authoritative website, address, hours, and map. JetMuse hands you off to the booking provider — we don’t take payment for the booking itself.

Does JetMuse charge a booking fee?

No. Whatever the booking site charges, that’s the price. JetMuse only charges the small itinerary unlock (see Pricing).

Pricing & Payment

How much does JetMuse cost?

Generating an itinerary is free to preview. Unlocking the full day-by-day plan is a one-time $1.99 per trip.

Do you offer free access codes?

Yes — we send out promo codes for events, partners, and beta testers. If you have one, enter it on the unlock screen for a free trip. Reach out if you think you’d be a good fit for comp access.

Account & Privacy

How do I reset my password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We’ll email you a reset link.

How do I delete a trip?

Open My Trips, hover the trip card, and click the trash icon. We’ll ask you to confirm before anything is deleted.

Where can I see your privacy + terms?
